Order Modification or Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will begin processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Once an order is in production or has been dispatched to the carrier, we are unable to make any modifications or issue a cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

To cancel or make changes to your order, please:

  1. Prepare the following details:
    • Your order number (found in the order confirmation email)
    • The email address used to place the order
    • A clear explanation of the changes or cancellation request

    [Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number]

Refund Timeline

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will begin processing your refund.
  • Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

We aim to respond to all cancellation or modification requests within 2 business days of receiving your email.
