What’s the Return Address?
Please contact us at support@weluvtee.com before sending any items back. We’ll provide the correct return instructions and address specific to your order.
Will My Items Arrive Together?
Sometimes, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations or product availability. If this happens, don’t worry—you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Which Size Should I Choose?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order. Sizing may vary between products, so reviewing the chart is the best way to ensure a good fit.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
We accept modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a change, please email support@weluvtee.com. After 24 hours, your order may be in production or shipped and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Can I Add More Items to an Existing Order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot add more products or charge additional items to it.
You can either:
- Place a separate new order for the additional items, or
- Cancel your original order (if still within the 24-hour window) and place a new order with all the items you want.

I Need to Change My Shipping Address
If you placed your order recently and it hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update the address.
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes. If your shipment is with USPS, you may be able to use their mail forwarding or redelivery services.
I Didn’t Receive a Confirmation Email
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email:
- Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders
- Search your inbox for support@weluvtee.com
To avoid this issue in the future, please add our email to your safe sender list.

We ship to over 200 countries, including:
United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, and many others.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use the link in the email to track your order.
In some cases, it may take 7 to 10 business days for tracking updates to appear, depending on the shipping carrier’s processing times. We offer a 30-day buyer protection policy for your peace of mind.
