  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds

  2. Once approved, include your order confirmation email and return label in your package.
  3. Safely pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Processing Time & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider for processing times

III. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@weluvtee.com before sending your item.

IV. Additional Information

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns
  • All returns must include a valid tracking number
